
LPN Telephonic Nurse, Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver professional nursing services via telephone to support client-funded contracts.
• Initiate outbound calls to patients participating in patient programs, offering continuous phone support.
• Handle inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and consumers.
• Respond to inquiries and recommend suitable patient resources.
• Refer patients to training sessions, support groups, program materials, literature, and physician follow-ups.
• Compile accurate, timely, and clear data while summarizing follow-up calls, inquiries, and outcomes.
• Educate patients on product usage.
• Engage in program-specific customer meetings, training sessions, and orientation events.
• Exhibit clinical proficiency through electronic and written assessments.
• Undertake special projects and other duties related to contracts.
• A minimum of an associate degree along with a professional nursing license.
• A valid Registered or Practical Nurse License (RN or LPN) in good standing within the state of employment, and/or cross-licensed in other states.
• Compact State License in applicable states, or a readiness to obtain one once the state implements Compact legislation.
• California State License, with a readiness to acquire additional Single State Licenses upon request.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Basic skills in database management and office navigation.
• Ability to maintain high levels of customer interaction and service with patients, prescribers, and specialty pharmacies via phone.
• Capability to multitask across PC and phone-related duties.
• Ability to follow approved scripted materials diligently.
• Skill in interpreting patient information and determining suitable next steps.
