
LPN Telephonic Nurse – Call Center

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver telephonic nursing services professionally to support client-funded contracts.
• Initiate outbound calls to patients enrolled in programs, offering continuous phone assistance.
• Handle incoming calls from patients, healthcare professionals, and consumers, addressing their inquiries.
• Provide answers to questions and recommend suitable patient resources.
• Refer individuals to training, support groups, program materials, literature, and physician follow-ups.
• Gather accurate and timely data, summarizing follow-up calls, inquiries, and outcomes.
• Educate patients on the use of products.
• Engage in program-specific customer meetings and training sessions.
• Participate in orientation meetings, demonstrating clinical competency through electronic or written assessments.
• Undertake special projects and other responsibilities related to contract performance.
• An associate degree along with a professional nursing license.
• A Registered or Practical Nurse License (RN or LPN) in good standing within the state of employment and/or cross-licensed in other states.
• Possession of a Compact State License for telephonic nursing roles in eligible states, with a readiness to obtain it when states adopt Compact legislation.
• A California State License for telephonic nursing roles, with a willingness to acquire additional single-state licenses upon request.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in basic database and office navigation.
• Capability to maintain a high level of customer interaction and service while communicating with patients, prescribers, and specialty pharmacies via phone.
• Ability to multitask between PC- and phone-related tasks while adhering to approved scripts.
• Skill in interpreting patient information to determine the appropriate next steps.
