Licensing and Regulatory Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Prepare, complete, and submit necessary license application forms, renewals, and periodic regulatory filings.

• Draft responses and offer consultations for internal regulatory inquiries.

• Collaborate with legal, product, technology, and commercial teams to integrate compliance throughout business operations.

• Provide training, guidance, and support on regulatory matters to internal stakeholders.

• Continuously monitor, interpret, and convey regulatory updates across active jurisdictions.

• Perform additional regulatory-related tasks as assigned by the manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Compliance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Demonstrated experience in regulatory compliance, licensing, or a related role within the iGaming, online gambling, or financial services sectors.

• Strong knowledge of global gaming regulations and licensing processes.

• Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities, with a sharp attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while adhering to strict regulatory deadlines.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, allowing effective interaction with regulators and internal teams.
