Lead Visual & Brand Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Guide the creative vision and visual development of CoW DAO’s brands across all channels.

• Create high-quality visual assets for marketing, emphasizing digital content but not limited to it. This encompasses, but is not restricted to, launch videos, social media graphics, banner advertisements, merchandise, and physical materials.

• Mentor 1–2 designers by offering guidance, constructive feedback, and support.

• Maintain a consistent design language by connecting marketing visuals with product interfaces.

• Assist in product design, either by providing feedback or stepping in to help as necessary.

• Cultivate a culture of continuous professional development and collaboration among designers with diverse skill sets.

• Oversee the design organizational structure at CoW DAO by identifying gaps and opportunities for enhancement, managing resources according to a roadmap, and establishing processes that optimize our working methods.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Senior Visual Designer.

• Deeply passionate about design and dedicated to excellence, possessing a growth mindset and a willingness to share knowledge.

• Prior experience in leading a small team or mentoring designers.

• Proficient in Figma, Adobe Suite, design systems, and remote design workflows.

• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and motion design.

• Adaptable and hands-on; eager to embrace new challenges and contribute wherever needed.

• Background in tech companies; clear understanding of remote cross-team workflows, with solid knowledge of designing for digital products and media.

• Collaborative, approachable, and strong in prioritization—capable of making thoughtful trade-offs when necessary.

• Data-aware and confident in utilizing numbers to guide design decisions.
