IT Compliance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latvia.

📋 Description

• Concentrate on compliance issues pertaining to in-house IT systems and procedures.

• Collaborate with documentation to guarantee that PSI adheres to standards, industry regulations, and internal policies.

• Develop, revise, and manage internal IT documentation.

• Produce and supply IT documentation for both internal and external audits.

• Participate in IT interviews during audit processes.

• Respond to IT inquiries from sponsors.

• Follow up on the resolution of audit findings related to IT compliance.

• Assist in the creation and revision of IT-related documents.

• Oversee and ensure compliance with PSI QSDs and applicable regulations.

• Engage in regular risk assessments to pinpoint potential vulnerabilities within IT systems.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a college or university.

• Previous experience in IT and compliance-related matters.

• Detail-oriented, capable of handling documents and processes meticulously.

• Proficient in English at a professional working level.
