This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

• Create and deploy high-quality native iOS features utilizing Swift.

• Design user-friendly mobile experiences for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to streamline complex user journeys.

• Integrate backend APIs while ensuring mobile applications are stable, scalable, and reliable.

• Continuously enhance application performance, including crash rates, loading speed, responsiveness, memory usage, and battery efficiency.

• Leverage analytics, production insights, and user feedback to perpetually elevate product quality.

• Develop AI-assisted mobile experiences that deliver significant value to users.

• Contribute to engineering standards, conduct code reviews, and promote continuous improvement within the native iOS platform.

• Over 3 years of professional experience in native iOS development using Swift.

• Extensive experience in building and maintaining production-ready native iOS applications.

• Strong understanding of SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await, and contemporary iOS architecture patterns.

• In-depth knowledge of iOS platform fundamentals, mobile user experience, usability, accessibility, and user-centered design.

• Experience in integrating REST APIs and resolving production issues.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed engineering team.

• Demonstrated ownership, rapid execution, and meticulous attention to product quality.

• GitHub, App Store links, or examples of successfully shipped native iOS applications are highly preferred.
