📋 Description

• Engage with warm leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in evaluating coverage choices and applying for protection

• Provide support for applications during the underwriting process until families are completely covered

• Aid families in need of assistance with life insurance-related products

• Participate in training, mentorship, and potential opportunities for leadership development

• Must possess a life insurance license or be willing to obtain one

• U.S. citizenship is required

• Access to a computer and phone to serve clients effectively

• A reliable internet connection is essential

• Ability to work independently in a performance-driven environment

• Must be disciplined and accountable

• Honest and confident communication skills are necessary

• A passion for assisting families in making informed financial decisions

• Willingness to develop into a leadership role over time

• Income is based entirely on commission

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership events
