This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Operate remotely as a Life Insurance Sales Representative

• Reach out to interested, inbound leads to arrange appointments

• Assist families in evaluating life insurance coverage alternatives and applying for protection

• Guide applications through the underwriting process until families are completely covered

• Support approximately 3–5 families weekly

• Emphasize service over cold prospecting by utilizing data-driven systems and lead generation

• Possession of a life insurance license or a readiness to acquire one

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory

• Access to a computer and phone to serve clients effectively

• Reliable internet connection is essential

• Ability to work independently in a performance-oriented setting

• Must be coachable, disciplined, accountable, honest, and confident in communication

• Enthusiastic about assisting families in making informed financial choices

• Openness to advance into leadership roles over time

• Comfort with a 100% commission-based income structure

• Occasional travel may be necessary for in-person conferences and leadership gatherings
