Influencer Talent Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Assisting one of our Talent Managers with the daily operations related to managing creators on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

• Facilitating daily communication between talent and brand partners.

• Coordinating and monitoring campaign deliverables and timelines.

• Researching emerging trends, discovering new creators to onboard, and securing brand collaborations.

• Aiding with calendar management, scheduling meetings, and internal coordination.

• Observing social media activity for both talent and competitors.

• Engaging in team calls and brainstorming sessions.

• Possess a deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and creator culture.

• Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

• Enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

• Be proactive, detail-oriented, and at ease with remote work.

• Show a strong desire to learn how creators build and monetize their platforms.

• Bonus: Previous experience in social media, marketing, entertainment, or startups is a plus.
