Influencer Outreach Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify creators and influencers that resonate with NoGigiddy's audience across platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X.

• Execute outbound outreach efforts with tailored pitches.

• Negotiate partnership agreements, covering content deliverables, timelines, and compensation.

• Oversee ongoing influencer relationships, ensuring that deliverables are completed on time.

• Provide briefings to creators regarding campaign objectives, messaging, and compliance requirements.

• Monitor campaign performance metrics, including reach, clicks, conversions, and return on investment (ROI).

• Maintain a pipeline of both prospective and current creator partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree is not required.

• Familiarity with the influencer and creator landscape across prominent platforms.

• Excellent written communication skills — your pitches must capture attention.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented — capable of managing multiple partnerships at once.

• Experience with influencer platforms (such as AspireIQ, Creator.co, or similar) is a plus.

• Self-motivated with the determination to sustain outreach efforts.
