Influencer Outreach Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct research to discover creators and influencers that align with NoGigiddy's target audience on platforms such as TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, and X.

• Execute outbound outreach efforts with tailored pitches.

• Negotiate terms for partnerships, covering content deliverables, timelines, and compensation.

• Oversee existing influencer relationships, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time.

• Provide creators with briefings on campaign objectives, messaging, and compliance standards.

• Monitor campaign performance metrics, including reach, clicks, conversions, and ROI.

• Maintain a pipeline of both prospective and active creator partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree is not necessary.

• Familiarity with the influencer and creator landscape across major social media platforms.

• Excellent written communication skills — your pitches must be compelling.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented — able to manage multiple partnerships at once.

• Experience with influencer platforms (such as AspireIQ, Creator.co, or similar) is an advantage.

• A self-motivated individual with the determination to drive outreach efforts.
