Influencer Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Actively search for and acquire new content creators across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and others.

• Build long-term relationships with influencers and their management teams.

• Analyze creator profiles focusing on community quality, engagement, brand safety, and campaign fit.

• Prepare creator recommendations for clients and the sales team.

• Monitor social media trends and identify emerging creators with growth potential.

• Collaborate with the Sales, Campaign Management, and Marketing departments.

• Analyze collaboration outcomes and provide recommendations for future actions.

• Develop a knowledge base about creators and maintain up-to-date information in the CRM.

• Interest in influencer marketing and social media.

• Ability to communicate effectively with creators and build lasting relationships.

• Capability to evaluate influencer profiles not only based on follower count but also on audience quality and business potential.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.

• Self-reliant and proactive.

• Proficient in data analysis and conclusion drawing.

• Proficiency in English sufficient for collaborating with international creators.

• Dynamic, energetic, and creative personality.

• Knowledge of gaming, the creator economy, and streaming platforms.

• Experience in influencer marketing, creative agencies, or media houses.

• (Preferred) Familiarity with influencer analysis tools.
