Influencer Marketing Manager – Mid

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a quarterly billing target and consistently achieve or surpass it through effective campaign planning and execution.

• Develop and sustain relationships with creators across platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and other social media channels.

• Identify and engage new influencers, manage inbound leads, and negotiate rates and terms to maximize ROI and billing outcomes.

• Execute paid social campaigns utilizing influencer-generated content, including whitelisting, dark posting, and performance optimization.

• Monitor pipeline and revenue performance on a weekly basis, taking responsibility for results and learning from the outcomes.

• Oversee campaign operations, including reporting, invoicing, budget management, and performance analytics.

• Investigate growth opportunities through market research, innovative market strategies, industry trends, and creative campaign concepts.

• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment of influencer strategies across various channels.

• Strong comprehension of digital marketing, particularly in influencer marketing.

• Results-oriented mindset, driven by targets and quantifiable outcomes.

• Previous experience managing a revenue, billing, or sales KPI is highly desirable.

• Excellent negotiation skills with a proven success in closing deals and driving revenue.

• Ability to analyze data and effectively present findings.

• Demonstrated success with YouTube and Instagram campaigns, including hands-on experience collaborating with influencers.

• Proficiency in English and Italian.

• Current knowledge of the leading creators on YouTube and Instagram.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing.

• Experience working with YouTube influencers.
