Influencer Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Implement influencer marketing initiatives targeting YouTube creators

• Conduct research, outreach, and onboarding of creators that align with client goals

• Establish and nurture robust relationships with influencers, agencies, and talent managers

• Oversee campaign negotiations, contracts, schedules, and deliverables

• Facilitate the execution of campaigns from initial outreach to final reporting

• Remain informed about YouTube trends, changes in the creator landscape, and new opportunities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure the success of campaigns

• Monitor key performance indicators including views, engagement, conversions, and ROI

• Expand creator networks across the U.S. and European markets

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Talent Management, or Digital Marketing

• Demonstrated experience in managing YouTube influencer campaigns

• In-depth understanding of the YouTube creator ecosystem

• Experience collaborating with creators in the U.S. and/or European markets

• Exceptional communication and relationship management skills

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities

• Ability to operate independently in a remote setting

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken)

• Existing connections with YouTube creators, agencies, or talent managers

• Background in performance marketing campaigns

• Experience in negotiating influencer partnerships and sponsorships
