Influencer and Creator Community Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Daily sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding of UGC creators and influencers.

• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with an expanding community of creators.

• Track content performance and output, including posts and impressions.

• Act as the primary contact for creators, ensuring warm and responsive communication.

• Expand the creator community from its current size to hundreds or thousands of creators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with a US-based DTC brand focused on parents and families.

• Background in managing US-based influencers.

• Demonstrated experience in building or scaling an influencer or creator community.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

• Energetic, positive, and people-oriented personality.

• Highly organized and adept at managing a large pipeline of creators.

• Preference for CST time zone; PST or EST candidates will also be considered.
