Implementation Consultant – SAP B1, Protheus, NetSuite

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the implementation of ROIT solutions for clients, serving as the main technical and operational contact throughout the project lifecycle;

• Create and configure business rules and workflows tailored to each client's processes and needs;

• Analyze the client's existing process (AS IS) and design the future model (TO BE), identifying opportunities for optimization in tax, accounting, and finance;

• Configure, validate, and approve ROIT solutions that are integrated with clients' ERP systems (SAP B1, Protheus, and NetSuite);

• Ensure that the solution aligns with the client's processes, guaranteeing tax compliance and operational efficiency from the go-live moment;

• Oversee project tasks, schedules, and deliverables, ensuring alignment between the client and internal teams regarding scope, timelines, and dependencies;

• Facilitate alignment, status, and validation meetings with the client during all phases of implementation;

• Act as the intermediary between the client and ROIT technical teams, ensuring clarity of requirements, smooth deliveries, and high satisfaction throughout the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing tax or financial solutions within major ERP systems (SAP B1, Protheus, or NetSuite);

• Strong understanding of fiscal, accounting, and financial inbound processes: Purchasing, Orders, Measurement, Receiving, and document entry (NF-e, CT-e, NFS-e);

• Experience with APIs and databases;

• Proficient in JavaScript;

• Capability to map, analyze, and redesign processes (AS IS / TO BE);

• Excellent analytical skills for diagnosing problems and proposing effective solutions;

• Strong communication skills for conducting client meetings and aligning internal teams;

• Organizational capabilities and control to handle multiple concurrent workstreams.
