Healthcare Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

📋 Description

• Supervise healthcare compliance processes and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

• Oversee compliance with healthcare laws, regulations, and company policies.

• Manage compliance records, documentation, and reporting systems.

• Assist in conducting internal audits, investigations, and compliance assessments.

• Create and revise compliance procedures, policies, and training resources.

• Facilitate compliance-related communication with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Identify compliance risks and aid in the implementation of corrective action plans.

• Support HIPAA compliance and uphold confidentiality standards.

• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure operational compliance with industry standards.

• Generate reports and assist leadership in compliance monitoring and operational enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) is strongly preferred.

• Prior experience in healthcare compliance, healthcare administration, risk management, or regulatory operations is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of healthcare compliance regulations and HIPAA standards.

• Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Experience with compliance reporting, audits, and documentation management is preferred.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and reporting systems is preferred.

• Capability to work independently in a remote setting.

• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

• Reliable internet connection and an appropriate home office setup.

• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare systems and regulations is an advantage.
