Head of Influencer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead the Influencer and Ambassador initiatives for Seed’s rapidly expanding and profitable business, ensuring sustainable results over time.

• Scale and innovate whitelisted influencers across platforms such as Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.

• Collaborate with Brand/Creative and Marcomms teams to create comprehensive messaging, campaigns, and product launches.

• Cultivate existing influencer and KOL relationships while establishing new connections.

• Design and implement tests that yield impactful insights and learnings across the organization.

• Oversee, build, and develop an outstanding Ambassador/Partnerships team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated success (12+ years) in managing large-scale omni-channel influencer, affiliate, and partnerships programs.

• A first principles thinker with outstanding problem-solving and strategic skills.

• Exceptional talent for identifying innovative and impactful methods to optimize processes and address bottlenecks, particularly with a focus on leveraging AI.

• Expertise in influencer, affiliate, and UGC content across various social media channels.

• Strong analytical abilities that reveal performance-driving insights across channel, creative, and attribution disciplines.

• Excellent communication skills with executives, peers, and team members, as well as with external partners and vendors.

• Proven capacity for recruiting and nurturing world-class talent, empowering them to succeed.

• A collaborative leader who balances performance with shared ownership among the team and various functions.

• A “player-coach” mentality, believing that no task is too big or too small.
