This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Take ownership of ZenRows' Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) strategies.
• Comprehend how LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity) discover and prioritize content, and devise a strategy accordingly.
• Create structured, citation-friendly content formats such as comparison pages, definitional guides, integration explainers, and technical FAQs that attract LLM citations.
• Manage competitive intelligence by monitoring how competitors are cited, recommended, and positioned within AI search.
• Oversee ZenRows' organic search strategy from start to finish: conducting keyword research, prioritizing topics, analyzing content gaps, and benchmarking against competitors.
• Direct content operations by managing the editorial calendar, maintaining publishing velocity, and upholding quality standards across in-house writers, freelancers, and external agencies.
• Lead and develop a team of technical writers and editors by establishing clear briefs, review processes, and feedback mechanisms.
• Formulate and sustain an off-page SEO strategy that includes link acquisition, guest publishing, and cultivating third-party authority signals to strengthen ZenRows' positioning.
• Produce content tailored for the AI/LLM data pipeline audience, including tutorials on utilizing ZenRows for RAG pipelines, AI agents, training data collection, MCP server integrations, and agentic workflows.
• Build and maintain a library of integration content detailing how ZenRows functions within platforms like Clay, n8n, Make, Zapier, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and other workflow and AI solutions.
• Manage the content layer of the trial-to-paid conversion journey.
• Mentor and develop the current content team.
• Foster a culture of experimentation and a focus on outcomes rather than merely content volume.
• Over 5 years of experience in content, growth, or developer marketing, preferably within a B2B SaaS, API, or developer infrastructure company.
• Profound understanding of AEO and GEO: you grasp how LLMs source and showcase answers, and you've contemplated its implications for content strategy.
• Technical proficiency in developer tools, APIs, or related infrastructure. While you don't need to be a developer, you should be able to write or edit a Python snippet, understand the function of a headless browser, and explain web scraping to a non-technical audience.
• Demonstrated success in creating content for both self-serve/PLG models and integration-led or enterprise strategies.
• Strong editorial judgment to differentiate between educational content and mere calendar fillers.
• Experience in developing and maintaining integration or ecosystem content, including tutorials, partner guides, and marketplace presence.
• Comfortable working in a rapidly evolving, autonomous environment without heavy processes.
• Proficient in English (we prioritize English as our primary language).
• 100% remote work: enjoy true location freedom.
• Compensation that reflects your worth: we emphasize value over previous salaries.
• Choose the equipment you prefer: select the tools you need for your work.
• Generous Learning & Development budget for courses, materials, and growth support.
• BitWarden account for secure password management.
• Annual Kick-Off event: a yearly gathering in a new location.
• Barcelona meetups throughout the year.
• Deel Benefits: discounts on services, subscriptions, travel, and more.
• Collaborate with world-class colleagues who are reinventing an industry.
