Functional Consultant – SAP SuccessFactors Work Zone

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Implement and configure SAP Work Zone in conjunction with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Design and create digital employee experiences, including portals, pages, cards, and integrations.

• Set up integrations with various SuccessFactors modules such as EC, RCM, ONB, PMGM, and Learning.

• Collaborate with both functional and technical teams, including BTP, IAS/IPS, Integration Center, and CPI.

• Assist in defining architecture, security, and access management, including roles, groups, and permissions.

• Engage in workshops, gather requirements, and contribute to solution design.

• Participate in testing phases, as well as provide support during go-live and post-go-live stages.

• Create and maintain both functional and technical documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with SAP SuccessFactors.

• Practical knowledge of SAP Work Zone.

• Familiarity with SAP BTP, IAS/IPS, and integration processes.

• Experience in managing end-to-end implementation projects.

• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and stakeholders.
