This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

• Conduct a professional interview with one of our Executive Assistants.

• Set up and manage camera, lighting, and audio gear.

• Assist in creating a comfortable, conversational filming atmosphere.

• Capture supplementary B-roll footage if suitable.

• Provide organized, high-quality raw footage following the shoot.

• (Optional) Offer editing services if available.

• Located in Colombia or Brazil.

• Proven experience in filming interviews, testimonials, corporate videos, podcasts, or documentary-style content.

• Possess professional camera, lighting, and audio gear.

• Strong knowledge of composition, lighting, and sound.

• Professional, dependable, and confident in directing interview subjects.

• Ability to communicate in English or collaborate with an English-speaking team.
