Freelance Korean Editor/QAer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Evaluate original short stories in Korean for correct spelling, grammar, and adherence to guidelines.

• Offer constructive criticism regarding plot, structure, character development, and various storytelling aspects.

• Conduct multiple review rounds for each narrative as necessary.

• Review approximately 975 words per hour.

• Complete assigned tasks within specified deadlines.

• Assist in testing and enhancing Machine Translation technology.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be a resident of South Korea.

• Possess native-level fluency and outstanding Korean reading abilities, including grammar and spelling proficiency.

• Working proficiency in English is necessary for communication and understanding task guidelines.

• Hold a graduate or undergraduate degree in literature, journalism, or creative writing, and/or have relevant experience in editing, proofreading, or a similar field.

• Ability to initiate and finalize tasks within the established deadlines.

• Strong attention to detail is essential.
