• Evaluate and analyze current codebases (frequently AI-generated or created by founders)

• Detect bugs, structural problems, and technical risks

• Refactor and stabilize applications for production deployment

• Enhance performance, architecture, and maintainability

• Address gaps in essential functionalities (authentication, payments, backend logic)

• Implement streamlined QA/testing as necessary

• Collaborate with engineers, QA teams, and project leaders

• Engage in multiple projects as priorities evolve

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of full-stack development experience

• Extensive experience with complex/inherited codebases

• Proficient in working without comprehensive documentation

• Demonstrated capability to evolve products from MVP to stable release

• Practical and solution-focused mindset (rather than purely theoretical)

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Adaptable to fast-paced, delivery-oriented settings

• Proficient in Python (FastAPI, Django) - preferred

• Familiar with Node.js / TypeScript

• Experience with React / Next.js

• Knowledge of Firebase, Supabase, or similar technologies

• Understanding of APIs and modern web architectures
