Experienced Technical Analyst – Medicaid Provider

πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Design, maintain, and enhance intricate SQL queries, views, and stored procedures to facilitate analysis, configuration validation, reporting, and issue resolution.

β€’ Conduct thorough data analysis and root-cause investigations to address system and production challenges.

β€’ Utilize SQL for data extraction, analysis, reconciliation, and validation across environments to aid in solution development, testing, and quality assurance.

β€’ Assist in performance optimization by evaluating queries, batch jobs, execution plans, and overall system throughput.

β€’ Execute smoke testing and post-release validation to ensure data integrity and system stability.

β€’ Confirm the accuracy, completeness, and alignment of converted and migrated data with business and policy objectives.

β€’ Examine and document data flows, integration logic, and technical dependencies among internal systems and external interfaces.

β€’ Act as a technical intermediary between Business Analysts, Configuration Analysts, developers, QA teams, conversion teams, and operations.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Informatics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

β€’ Over 10 years of experience as a Technical Analyst, Data Analyst, or Healthcare Systems Analyst.

β€’ Proficient in SQL, including complex joins, data transformations, large dataset analysis, and stored procedures.

β€’ Experience working with MMIS, Medicaid, or Medicaid Pharmacy systems.

β€’ Strong knowledge of healthcare data and Medicaid domains (Member, Provider, Claims, Pharmacy, Finance, Care Management).

β€’ Background in data analysis, troubleshooting, and validating technical outputs.

β€’ Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication abilities.

β€’ Familiarity with SDLC and Agile delivery methodologies.
