Especialista I SAP – FI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Proactively engage to ensure and optimize the entire software lifecycle (Development, Operations, and Support) for the Financial sector, guaranteeing system stability and continuous evolution.

• Actively seek system solutions and process improvements, aimed at adding business value. This includes monitoring trends and technological advancements to recommend and implement innovations.

• Lead the technical design, configuration, and deployment of robust SAP solutions, based on best practices and addressing complex problem-solving.

• Maintain close and consultative contact with users (Key Users) to enhance applications and information quality, transforming challenges into clear and effective specifications.

• Ensure strategic alignment, guaranteeing full compliance with established IT policies, standards, and processes, acting as a knowledge multiplier and promoter of best practices.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Key Users, Tech, and vendors), focusing on seeking and leading solutions, developing system specifications, ensuring quality, and overseeing implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• We are looking for an individual with proven expertise, a senior vision, and in-depth knowledge of critical mission environments.

• Experience in systems with extensive knowledge of SAP (ECC and S/4HANA) in Financial processes (FI/CO module).

• Be a SAP ECC or S/4 Finance Specialist in Core modules (New GL, AR, AP, AA).

• Proven experience in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA conversion and/or implementation projects, using the SAP Activate methodology or similar.

• Deep understanding of business/process flows in industrial sectors and/or distribution.

• Ability to be the person who drives improvements, taking full responsibility for resolving issues.

• Skill in thoroughly analyzing problems, challenging processes, and always seeking the most robust solution.

• Ease in relating to other areas, vendors, and third parties, establishing trustworthy relationships while acting as an internal consultant.

• Experience in agile and collaborative teams; ability to work autonomously.

• Desired experience in Managerial Accounting (Controllership - CO).

• Desired practical experience in Workflow and debugging skills (reading) for problem analysis and resolution.

• Desired experience or familiarity with SAP FIORI to enhance user experience.
