This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist Clinical Research Associates as well as Regulatory and Start-Up teams in updating and maintaining clinical documents and systems, including the Trial Master File.
• Prepare, manage, distribute, file, and archive clinical documentation and reports in accordance with the scope of work and standard operating procedures.
• Conduct regular reviews of study files to ensure completeness.
• Support the preparation, management, distribution, and tracking of Clinical Trial Supplies.
• Coordinate the tracking and management of Case Report Forms, queries, and clinical data flow.
• Act as a central point of contact for designated project communications, correspondence, and associated documentation.
• Mentor less experienced Clinical Trial Coordinators and assist in the training and onboarding of new colleagues.
• Serve as a subject matter expert or lead Clinical Trial Coordinators' study teams when required.
• Participate in departmental quality or process improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a life science field.
• Alternatively, a High School Diploma and an apprenticeship in life science, medical, pharmaceutical, or office management sectors.
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience as a Clinical Trial Coordinator or in another administrative clinical research capacity.
• Familiarity with relevant clinical research regulatory requirements, including Good Clinical Practice and International Conference on Harmonization guidelines.
• Fluency in German at a minimum C1 level.
• Proficient in English.
• Competent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, organizational, and planning skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
• Capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues, managers, and clients.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Germany.
