Email Marketing, Customer Retention Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the management of clients' CRM and email marketing systems, acting as the main point of contact for matters related to customer retention.

• Assist in the creation of results-oriented strategies and establish relevant KPIs, such as ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CPC.

• Discover unexplored growth opportunities through data analysis and share insights with internal or client teams.

• Create workflows for communication and reactivation initiatives in collaboration with client contacts.

• Continuously enhance skills and explore/test new tools, formats, and methods to boost marketing effectiveness.

• Opportunity for medium-term advancement into a team lead position within Customer Retention.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of experience in email marketing and familiarity with tools such as Klaviyo, Brevo, or HubSpot.

• A comprehensive understanding of online marketing and entrepreneurship.

• Experience in customer segmentation.

• Proficiency in tracking, statistics, and data analysis.

• Familiarity with GA4 or Looker Studio.

• Knowledge of HTML and CSS.

• Strong command of the English language.
