eContent Accounts Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Function as an Account Specialist for Content Services, liaising with various vendors based on service requests to guarantee effective execution with a strong service focus on the Market.

• Act as a point of escalation and resolution for discrepancies, managing the prioritization of requests.

• Assist in capacity planning by providing forecast estimates.

• Promote the adoption of Nestlé’s internal Content Services solutions and ensure robust activation across Markets.

• Provide exceptional service by ensuring precise execution of requests, compliance with SLAs, and alignment with Nestlé's global standards.

• Assess feasibility based on input from the Business; seek production information when necessary.

• Ensure timely operations and take appropriate measures when issues arise.

• Conduct quality control checks against briefs and related guidelines to ensure output is error-free.

• Collaborate with the Content Services production team and Content Services Accounts to manage workflow and expectations.

• Educate and align markets on utilizing standardized templates and GenAI tools for enhanced efficiency.

• Elevate premium creative requirements to IMS leadership when standard solutions fall short.

• Oversee the overall coordination of Projects from planning through implementation (e.g., Computer Generated Imagery related projects).

• Maintain Operational Documentation to ensure proper service execution (Processes, Service Catalog, Briefs, etc.).

• Conduct quality reviews of production outputs to confirm compliance with briefs, usage rights, and brand guidelines.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years in Content Production Management.

• Experience handling high-volume, multi-platform, and complex tasks.

• Background working in a corporate and multi-cultural environment.

• Strong knowledge of the eCommerce and eRetailers landscape.

• Project management capabilities.

• Previous experience in agency/media/advertising is a plus.

• Strong relationship management skills, particularly in dealing with customers and managing vendors.

• Knowledge of Workflow Management (experience with Sitecore solution is advantageous).

• Proficient in using Project Management Tools and Performance Tracking Tools (Cost, Time, Budget).

• Advanced level of proficiency in English.

• High-level planning ability with a focus on quality deliverables.

• Basic understanding of design terminology and technical requirements, including compatibility.

• Good grasp of the Production Process.

• Experienced in working with Usage Right Documents.

• Familiarity with automation/GenAI capabilities and the ability to manage market expectations regarding their application.
