📋 Description

• Collecting and evaluating data to derive significant insights while ensuring data accuracy and reliability.

• Develop and compose detailed rating reports, encompassing conceptualization, data analysis, and a clear display of findings.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, including developers, marketing, and sales teams, to ensure alignment of products with business goals and customer requirements.

• Guarantee that research activities and data collection adhere to the highest quality standards and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

• Identify opportunities for continuous enhancement of data collection, automation, analytics, and reporting methodologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6+ years of demonstrated experience in the financial sector, primarily focused on credit risk and credit ratings; familiarity with structured finance risk management practices is a plus.

• Proven expertise in blockchain technology, smart contracts, and tokenized assets, coupled with practical knowledge of real-world asset (RWA) applications in digital finance.

• In-depth understanding of financial markets, investment strategies, and regulatory frameworks governing digital assets, including emerging compliance and risk management standards.

• Skilled in data analytics, with practical experience in utilizing analytical tools and methods to derive actionable insights; knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies for collaborative project execution.

• Outstanding communication and teamwork abilities, with a history of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams and various stakeholders.

• Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, capable of producing clear and comprehensive reports and presentations.

• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, adept at developing and implementing plans based on market research, industry trends, and data-driven insights.
