This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Design, automate, and execute QA workflows, which include sampling, metrics, quality dashboards, and throughput reporting.
• Develop and manage labeling interfaces in Label Studio when necessary.
• Set up new annotation projects and enhance layouts to accelerate annotation processes and reduce errors.
• Create and uphold clear, testable annotation guidelines along with comprehensive project documentation.
• Identify, onboard, and coordinate freelance annotators in collaboration with the AI Annotations Lead.
• Monitor deadlines, follow up on deliverables, address annotator inquiries, and ensure project momentum.
• Convert annotation outputs and project data into actionable summaries for leads and stakeholders.
• Assist in data analysis and reporting concerning project health and quality.
• Engage in the design of programs aimed at validating the quality of AI systems.
• Comfortable working with data, including the creation of spreadsheet models and the calculation and interpretation of quality or agreement metrics.
• Interested in utilizing, or already utilizing, basic Python and pandas for automating checks.
• Excellent written communication skills and structured analytical thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate people or projects to meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with the capability to take ownership of an area and work largely independently.
• Proficient in English.
• Working proficiency in at least one of the following languages: Italian, Portuguese, or Polish.
• Must possess the legal right to work in the country of residence or the location of the role.
