CRM Specialist, Retention, Klaviyo, Email

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Transform customer data into actionable insights and enhancements

• Convert strategy into tangible execution and vice versa

• Create and refine flows, campaigns, and pop-ups using Klaviyo

• Conduct A/B testing and adapt quickly

• Collaborate in sprints with your team and clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in email marketing, CRM, or e-commerce

• Extensive hands-on experience with flows and campaigns

• Proficiency in Klaviyo or equivalent platforms

• Strong communication abilities in Dutch and/or English

• Analytical mindset, proactive approach, and comfortable taking ownership of projects

• Preferred experience with RFM, CLV, and customer loyalty

• Familiarity with Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce

• Keen eye for identifying retention and performance gaps

• Understanding of attribution and profit margins
