
Crisis Services Clinician – Overnight

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +3 more states.
• Provide direct clinical oversight and assistance to Crisis Specialists and Crisis Intervention Specialists during scheduled overnight shifts.
• Assist staff with suicide risk assessments, de-escalation techniques, and crisis intervention strategies.
• Ensure appropriate connections to Mobile Crisis Teams, Designated Crisis Responders, Next Day Appointments, and various community resources.
• Deliver real-time coaching, consultation, and feedback to team members.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the electronic health record.
• Ensure adherence to all 988 program standards, policies, and procedures.
• Foster a professional, respectful, and supportive virtual team environment.
• Oversee 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline interactions via phone, chat, and text.
• Provide advanced risk assessment, clinical decision-making, and real-time consultation.
• Supervise a multidisciplinary overnight team comprising clinical and paraprofessional staff.
• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related discipline.
• Mental Health Professional (MHP) status as specified by Washington State.
• Active credential or license in Washington State, such as LICSW, LSWAIC, LMHC, LMHCA, LMFT, LMFTA, Psychologist, Psychiatrist, or Agency Affiliated Counselor (AAC).
• A minimum of two years of experience in crisis intervention.
• Strong verbal, written, and typing abilities.
• Capacity to work efficiently in a remote, high-paced overnight environment.
• Availability for Thursday to Saturday, 12:00 AM to 8:00 AM Pacific Time night shifts.
• Preferred: experience in call centers, hotlines, or telephone assessments.
• Preferred: background in public mental health systems, particularly within King County.
• Preferred: additional training or certification in suicide prevention or trauma-informed care.
• Must reside in Washington, Arizona, Ohio, or Texas.
