Content Moderator – Youth Communities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee interactions on social media platforms to ensure communities remain safe and respectful.

• Enforce community standards by eliminating inappropriate, offensive, or spam content.

• Detect and report sensitive issues, customer grievances, or potential crises to the relevant teams for resolution.

• Monitor trends, frequently asked questions, or common complaints that could enhance user experience.

• Experienced moderator with a strong passion for safeguarding youth communities.

• Activity monitoring: Vigilantly observing comments, messages, mentions, and posts to ensure the community remains active and focused.

• Upholding community guidelines by removing inappropriate, offensive, or spam content.

• Issue escalation: Identifying and reporting sensitive matters, customer complaints, or potential crises to the appropriate teams for action.

• Insight gathering: Monitoring trends, frequently asked questions, or common complaints that can assist in enhancing user experience.
