Content Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive enterprise content calendar, ensuring a consistent and strategic flow across blogs, newsletters, social media, and campaigns.

• Oversee the complete editorial process, including obtaining internal stakeholder approvals and coordinating with Sales, Clinical, and Product teams across departments.

• Work collaboratively with creative, web, and marketing team members to ensure that content matches visual and design standards.

• Lead the annual review and update of member marketing materials, sales collateral, and website content to ensure brand accuracy and consistency.

• Convert complex clinical data and program results into engaging, accessible content for HR leaders and employees.

• Ghostwrite thought leadership articles and conduct PR and media outreach in partnership with leadership to position the brand as a pioneer in the EAP sector.

• Create SEO- and GEO-optimized content to enhance search visibility and AI discovery authority.

• Develop and refresh sales enablement materials such as eGuides, case studies, and success stories that facilitate the sales process.

• Utilize AI tools strategically to repurpose and adapt content on a large scale while maintaining a focus on high-level storytelling and creative strategy.

• Review all published content to ensure clinical accuracy, adherence to brand voice, and consistency in messaging.

• Act as the final quality-control checkpoint across blogs, newsletters, campaigns, social media, PR, and sales materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B content marketing, marketing communications, or a related discipline.

• Proven ability to manage a content calendar and oversee end-to-end editorial processes.

• Established history of creating blogs, newsletters, case studies, thought leadership pieces, and sales enablement resources.

• Experience working with leadership and subject matter experts to produce high-quality, accurate content.

• Practical experience with WordPress or a similar content management system for publishing.

• Strong understanding of SEO and GEO content strategies.

• Experience in EAP, benefits, healthcare, or mental health fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
