Content Engineer – Founder Voice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will develop and manage the content strategy centered around the voice of our leadership across platforms such as Instagram, email marketing, YouTube, and LinkedIn.

• You will enhance and amplify existing content.

• You will extract and highlight key insights.

• You will discover efficient methods to engage with the leadership and founder team.

• You will convert founder insights into formats suitable for each platform.

• You will publish successful content.

• You will maintain a consistent publishing schedule in formats tailored to each platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or ghostwriting for founders.

• Demonstrated reach, whether through your personal profile or on behalf of others.

• Strong proficiency in at least one of the following platforms: Instagram, email marketing, YouTube, or LinkedIn.

• Native-level proficiency in German and confident in English.

• Familiarity with integrating AI into your workflow.

• Residency in Germany is essential (non-negotiable).

• Bonus points for experience in B2B consulting, IT services, or technical products.
