This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement the Creative Engine by generating 8-10 high-quality posts/videos weekly for Meta Ads.

• Create 8–10 performance-oriented creatives each week (both video and static) aimed at enhancing CTR, engagement, and conversions.

• Execute the creative mix weekly, which includes: 1. Product Assets showcasing features, durability, and real use cases; 2. Educational Assets such as “How to make coffee while camping” and brewing tips; 3. Lifestyle Assets focusing on outdoor, camping, and aspirational storytelling; 4. Brand Story Assets that highlight being veteran-owned, the mission, and behind-the-scenes content; 5. UGC / Entertainment Assets featuring customer clips and relatable/funny videos.

• Create multiple variations of successful creatives and refresh them every 7–10 days to avoid ad fatigue.

• Develop compelling hooks within the first 2–3 seconds of each video, ensuring that every video conveys clear value and prompts action.

• Utilize AI tools to scale creative output by increasing the speed, volume, and variation of creatives without sacrificing quality.

• Employ tools like Adobe Firefly, Runway, Pika, and other AI platforms for: 1. Creative ideation; 2. Asset generation; 3. Video enhancement and editing.

• Generate faster iterations and various versions of each concept using AI technology.

• Continuously explore new AI workflows to enhance efficiency and output.

• Stay informed about AI content trends and apply them to boost creative performance.

• Enhance creative output efficiency by 2–3 times through AI-driven workflows.

• Support and design high-quality creatives to increase conversions across Amazon and D2C channels.

• Create Amazon listing images, A+ content, and infographics that are optimized for conversion.

• Design website banners, landing page creatives, and email visuals that reinforce campaigns and promotions.

• Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across all platforms.

• Align creatives with product positioning, customer intent, and funnel stage.

• Continuously enhance creative performance by utilizing data and feedback loops to identify, scale, and optimize successful creatives.

• Identify successful creative patterns including hooks, formats, and messaging.

• Focus on high-performing creatives and iterate upon them.

• Collaborate with the Off-Amazon Growth team to: 1. Align creatives with campaign goals; 2. Translate performance data into new creative directions; 3. Continuously enhance output based on actual campaign results.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in graphic design and video editing, specifically in performance marketing.

• Proficiency in Advanced Photo Manipulation using Adobe Photoshop.

• Strong skills in Vector Design with Adobe Illustrator.

• Capability to create conversion-driven creatives, not merely aesthetically pleasing designs.

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (or a comparable tool).

• In-depth understanding of: 1. Storyboarding; 2. Hooks and pacing; 3. Transitions and positioning; 4. Color grading; 5. Effects and captions.

• Familiarity with: 1. Adobe Firefly; 2. AI video tools (such as Runway, Pika, etc.); 3. Generative AI workflows.

• A robust portfolio that demonstrates: 1. Paid social creatives (Meta/TikTok); 2. Short-form video advertisements; 3. Ecommerce/Amazon assets.

• Experience working with D2C/Ecommerce brands (preference for US-based experience).

• Must be organized and detail-oriented.

• Proficient in English communication (both written and verbal).

• Comfortable working independently.
