Consultor(a) de Implantação – Qualidade & Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Participate in the implementation of the SoftExpert Suite for clients in the pharmaceutical sector and regulated industries;

• Gather, analyze, and map regulated processes (Quality, Compliance, Validation, among others);

• Translate business needs into tailored solutions configured on the platform;

• Assist clients in adopting best regulatory practices;

• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and oversee implementations;

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and operational requirements;

• Support the institutionalization and adoption of the solution among clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with software implementation, management systems, or ERP.

• Desirable knowledge:

• - Databases (SQL);

• - Integrations (REST, SOAP, and APIs);

• - Process mapping and automation (BPM).

• - Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Pharmacy, Biomedicine, Engineering, Technology, or related fields;

• Differentiators | Important for this Squad:

• - Experience in companies within the sectors:

• - Pharmaceutical industry;

• - Food and beverages;

• - Medical devices;

• - Biotechnology.

• Knowledge in:

• - Quality Management Systems (QMS);

• - Computerized System Validation (CSV);

• - Standards and regulations (ANVISA, FDA, GxP, ISO);

• - Audit and compliance processes.

• Experience with:

• - Controlled document management;

• - CAPA, non-conformities, and audits;

• - Traceability and change control.

• Languages:

• - Advanced English and/or Spanish will be considered a plus.
