Consultor Funcional SAP HCM – Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute activities that encompass the entire software development life cycle, ranging from requirement gathering to supporting the final deployment of the functionalities developed, in line with the agile development process paradigm.

• Join the development team, taking on work items for development in each Sprint;

• Carry out activities related to development, such as analysis and design, programming, testing, and requirements;

• Manage your own work by promptly notifying the team of any delays or other obstacles;

• Guide and support developers on the software project development team;

• Code and integrate software components according to technical specifications, utilizing software development tools, programming languages, and libraries defined for the project;

• Provide support to the IT team and client users when requested, regarding the characteristics and specifics of the developed components, modules, and software packages;

• Conduct training and knowledge transfer to the client on the developed software, ensuring the smooth functioning of the system;

• Perform customizations by writing ABAP code or on the Webdynpro platform;

• Program and develop software.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any higher education course accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours.

• Desired experience: 3 years in system development using ABAP and Webdynpro in SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.

• Training from SAP Academy (or equivalent) in the module in which you will be working.

• Desired experience: 3 years with the main products/modules of the SAP solution implemented in People Management – PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP, and Business Warehouse (BW);

• Possess in-depth knowledge of: products/modules of the SAP solution implemented in People Management – PA, PY, LSO, PD, Time, eRecruting, EH&S, eSocial, PCP, and Business Warehouse (BW).
