Compliance Programme Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Manage projects to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies while achieving successful project results.

• Lead the development and execution of compliance programs, ensuring they align with regulatory requirements and the objectives of the organization.

• Track project progress and compliance metrics, including audit completion rates, training participation, and frequency of incidents.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between compliance teams, project stakeholders, and department leaders.

• Perform risk assessments to pinpoint compliance shortcomings and project-related risks.

• Complete projects that not only fulfill compliance requirements but also establish new standards for quality and efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in compliance management, project management, or a related field, with a focus on problem-solving and risk management.

• Knowledge of developing compliance programs, performing risk assessments, or managing certifications such as ISO27001 is advantageous.

• Skilled in modern web tools like Google Docs, Zapier, Linear, or similar applications.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Outstanding organizational abilities, analytical skills, and a detail-oriented work ethic.

• Capability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
