Compliance Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Oversee projects to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies while driving successful project results.

• Lead the development and execution of compliance programs, ensuring they align with regulatory standards and the organization's objectives.

• Track project progress and compliance metrics, including audit completion rates, training participation, and incident occurrences.

• Serve as the primary liaison among compliance teams, project stakeholders, and department leaders.

• Perform risk assessments to identify compliance vulnerabilities and project risks, implementing corrective measures to keep projects on schedule.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in compliance management, project management, or a similar role with a focus on problem-solving and risk mitigation.

• Knowledge of developing compliance programs, conducting risk assessments, or managing certifications such as ISO27001 is advantageous.

• Skilled in modern web tools like Google Docs, Zapier, Linear, or other similar technologies.

• Outstanding organizational abilities, analytical mindset, and a detail-oriented approach to tasks.

• Capability to prioritize tasks, juggle multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first work setting.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
