This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Seychelles.
• The Compliance & MLRO Officer is tasked with ensuring that Ingot’s policies and procedures align with regulatory standards and obligations in Seychelles.
• Conducting regular audits to verify that all individuals onboarded as clients satisfy the criteria outlined in the Company’s compliance manual.
• Providing ongoing training to all employees regarding relevant compliance requirements and AML procedures.
• Preparing and submitting compliance reports and disclosures as required by laws and regulations.
• Ensuring that all financial, compliance, and risk reporting is completed promptly for the FSA.
• Coordinating with the FSA during inspections and supplying necessary documentation.
• Identifying, assessing, advising on, monitoring, and reporting compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Maintaining a comprehensive manual of compliance policies and procedures for the company.
• Cultivating a compliance culture and ensuring that all directors and relevant staff are well-versed in AML/CFT laws.
• Implementing training programs for relevant staff at least once annually.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Accreditation from FSA (fit and proper).
• Strong integrity and excellent communication skills.
• Resident of Seychelles.
• Experience in compliance within the financial services/CFDs brokerage industry.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
