Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Implement, develop, and maintain management systems within the organization, such as ISMS and QMS.

• Research, implement, and support privacy regulations (GDPR or others) to ensure compliance with data protection laws.

• Create and execute comprehensive policies and procedures that comply with regulatory standards, while monitoring and evaluating compliance managers' documented policies.

• Lead and perform thorough audits to pinpoint areas of risk, non-compliance, and potential improvements.

• Spearhead the identification of non-conformities and suggest corrective action recommendations.

• Collaborate with pertinent stakeholders to identify and evaluate risks and manage regular risk assessments.

• Design, update, and implement advanced compliance training programs for employees at all levels while overseeing compliance managers' support for the awareness initiative.

• Investigate, resolve, and provide guidance on complex requests and complaints, ensuring that appropriate corrective actions are taken.

• Investigate and implement automation solutions for compliance processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in IT or experience within the IT sector.

• 3-5 years of experience in roles such as Compliance Manager, Quality Manager, Process Analyst/Engineer, Information Security Expert, or similar positions.

• Extensive knowledge of ISO 27000, ISO 9001, and EU GDPR.

• Upper-Intermediate level of English or above.

• Experience with external certification processes.

• Proficient in standard office software, particularly Excel.

• Strong document management capabilities.

• Meticulous record-keeping skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Advanced analytical and research competencies.

• Experience in conducting employee training.

• Familiarity with ISO 13485 and/or ASPICE, TISAX, HIPAA standards.

• Certification in Management Systems Internal Audit.

• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM, CMMI for Services, OWASP SAMM, or similar frameworks.

• Proficiency in GRC/compliance software.
