This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Assist in brokerage operations by ensuring precision, adherence to regulations, and effective coordination.
• Evaluate, onboard, and oversee carrier profiles in compliance with established standards.
• Conduct due diligence investigations (insurance verification, authority checks, safety records, fraud risk assessments).
• Establish and oversee carriers within internal systems (TMS and financial platforms).
• Confirm and authenticate carrier rates prior to invoicing.
• Address discrepancies with internal teams and ensure resolutions are achieved.
• Provide updates on payment statuses to internal stakeholders.
• Maintain and refresh remittance and payment information.
• Deliver thorough and precise documentation to the Audit team.
• Serve as a point of contact between Operations, Carrier Procurement, Audit, and Finance.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or back-office operations.
• Solid understanding of carrier onboarding and compliance procedures.
• Familiarity with TMS or financial systems is advantageous.
• Exceptional attention to detail along with strong organizational abilities.
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fully remote work environment.
