Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily operations of clinical trial management activities, assisting the team in achieving high-quality results.

• Strategically plan and oversee all facets of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols and procedures.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders.

• Ensure trials are executed in accordance with local, national, and international regulations as well as ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make essential decisions concerning trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

• Lead the clinical deliverables for studies.

• Foster team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, science, or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• Extensive experience in clinical trial management.

• Experience with CNS/Rare Diseases is essential.

• Proven ability to drive the clinical deliverables of a study.

• Subject matter expertise in the relevant therapeutic area.

• Previous monitoring experience is preferred.

• Capacity to manage competing priorities and enhance team development.

• Willing to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is located.
