This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Provide tailored education and training to both new and existing patients and healthcare professionals through phone and virtual platforms.
• Implement proactive follow-ups, clinical consultations, recommendations, and troubleshooting to facilitate ongoing Omnipod usage.
• Educate customers and healthcare providers regarding Omnipod data and reporting tools.
• Conduct proactive outreach to evaluate satisfaction levels, reinforce product benefits, and address any concerns.
• Utilize clinical retention selling techniques to encourage continued use of Omnipod.
• Detect signs of disengagement or potential churn through data analysis and assessment.
• Collaborate with Customer Success teams to develop targeted regional save strategies.
• Work alongside healthcare providers to ensure educational efforts align with treatment plans.
• Coordinate retention initiatives within the territory alongside clinical, field, and sales teams.
• Partner with Customer Success, Customer Care Retention, Commercial, Marketing, Data Insights, and Voice of the Customer teams.
• Share insights on regional trends, risks, and opportunities concerning engagement, access, and outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of educational tools, customer journeys, and focused retention campaigns.
• Assist clinicians and customers with clinical software and digital diabetes management tools.
• Record customer interactions, outcomes, and next steps in Salesforce.
• Analyze engagement data, usage trends, and retention metrics to uncover patterns and risks.
• Engage in data-driven projects aimed at enhancing regional retention performance and program efficacy.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• Active professional clinical credentials are required, such as Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Dietitian (RD).
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in training and/or supporting insulin pump patients.
• Direct experience collaborating with healthcare providers in a diabetes care environment.
• Current Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) credential is required.
• Ability to uphold necessary professional licensure and Omnipod product certifications.
• Strong and persuasive communication skills with diverse audiences via phone and virtual platforms.
• Solid clinical knowledge in diabetes technology and data interpretation.
• Consultative and influence-based approach to customer engagement and retention.
• Proficient in problem-solving, workflow optimization, and handling objections.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Must reside within the designated geographic area.
• Home workspace must comply with company security and productivity standards.
• Capability to sit and communicate on the phone for prolonged periods.
• Manual dexterity for operating a computer and headset.
• Availability for occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and limited travel.
• Annual base salary range of $79,300.00 - $118,900.00.
