Client Retention Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Inform clients about the Beyond Finance financial hardship debt program, detailing its benefits, procedures, and available choices.

• Calm distressed clients by employing empathy and active listening techniques.

• Utilize the CRM system to retrieve client information and ensure accurate records of interactions and progress.

• Evaluate clients’ financial circumstances to identify suitable debt-free alternatives.

• Create tailored solutions that align with clients’ financial aspirations and promote program retention.

• Achieve or surpass retention goals and earn commissions by assisting clients in reaching their financial targets.

• Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and various communication platforms.

• Address client inquiries and proactively anticipate unexpressed needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Previous experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections is essential.

• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and manage high call volumes.

• Must be resilient and maintain composure under pressure.

• Proficient in negotiating and effectively resolving client concerns.

• Technologically adept with experience using a Client Relationship Management system (CRM).

• Strong focus on customer satisfaction and the ability to adapt to varying personality types.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with active listening abilities.

• Encourages teamwork, collaboration, and inclusivity within the department.

• Possesses troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
