This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
⢠Act as the main support contact for bulk MDU customer service inquiries, which include resident questions, property account issues, service requests, billing inquiries, and account updates.
⢠Assist in the setup of bulk MDU accounts, including account qualification, order entry, provisioning requests, service modifications, and move-in or move-out processes using authorized customer management systems.
⢠Collaborate with Sales, Account Management, Field Operations, Billing, Customer Care, and other internal teams to resolve service challenges at both the resident and property levels.
⢠Inform residents and property representatives about bulk service offerings, equipment details, installation expectations, service availability, billing structures, and support processes.
⢠Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to accounts, billing inquiries, service interruptions, duplicate accounts, non-payment issues, service transfers, and other customer care matters.
⢠Schedule, reschedule, and oversee installation and service appointments for residents in bulk MDU communities.
⢠Accurately document interactions with customers, residents, properties, and internal partners in relevant systems.
⢠Escalate intricate technical, billing, service, or account management issues, ensuring follow-up until resolution is verified.
⢠Keep precise records of address lists, property details, unit information, bulk community specifics, and CRM data.
⢠Recognize recurring customer service challenges, process deficiencies, or property-specific trends and communicate potential improvement opportunities to leadership.
⢠Support onboarding for new bulk MDU properties.
⢠Stay updated on company products, bulk MDU procedures, customer support protocols, billing practices, and system updates.
⢠Assist with special projects, reporting requests, administrative tasks, and other assigned responsibilities.
⢠3ā4 years of relevant experience.
⢠High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
⢠Experience in supporting customer service for bulk multi-dwelling units.
⢠Proficiency in using authorized customer management systems and CRM data.
⢠Capable of managing account qualification, order entry, provisioning requests, service modifications, and move-in/move-out activities.
⢠Skilled in researching billing and account discrepancies as well as resolving customer care issues.
⢠Ability to coordinate effectively with Sales, Account Management, Field Operations, Billing, Customer Care, and other internal teams.
⢠Competence in accurately documenting interactions, status updates, escalations, and resolutions.
⢠Ability to schedule, reschedule, and track installation and service appointments.
⢠Competent in maintaining accurate address lists, property records, unit information, and bulk community data.
⢠Background screening, drug screening, and reference checks are mandatory prior to hiring.
