
Bilingual Home Health Compliance Coordinator, HHA Exchange Proficiency

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Review and verify that all HHA files comply with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Validate medical documentation, including physical examinations, PPD/Quantiferon tests, immunizations, and other necessary clearances.
• Accurately maintain and update caregiver records in HHA Exchange in a timely manner.
• Monitor compliance expiration dates and proactively follow up with caregivers regarding renewals.
• Communicate with caregivers to obtain any missing documentation and ensure timely completion.
• Collaborate with recruitment and onboarding teams to confirm that caregivers are cleared to begin cases.
• Assist with audits and ensure preparedness for Department of Health and internal compliance reviews.
• Track and report on compliance status, expirations, and any deficiencies.
• Ensure that all documentation is correctly uploaded and maintained within the system.
• Previous experience in home care compliance is required.
• Strong working knowledge of HHA Exchange is essential.
• Familiarity with HHA medical requirements and onboarding documentation is necessary.
• Proficiency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities are a must.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills are essential.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive work ethic is preferred.
