This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Elevating data analysis by uncovering insights, formulating conclusions, and providing strategic recommendations to clients aimed at enhancing brand growth and innovation opportunities—utilizing data to narrate a compelling story that brings these recommendations to life.
• Overseeing daily project and team management for a diverse array of brand strategy initiatives, ensuring comprehensive oversight of all stages of quantitative survey research, including methodology and questionnaire design, data analytics, presentation development and delivery, as well as client relationship management.
• Defining project scope, drafting proposals, establishing timelines, and ensuring that projects remain on schedule across these dimensions once the study is secured.
• Collaborating with and mentoring junior staff on both standard and advanced analytic methodologies and software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R) and managing end-to-end market research projects.
• Achieving new business revenue goals by nurturing and expanding client relationships.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, social sciences, business, or a related field is required.
• Graduate degree in quantitative research analytics or a comparable field is preferred.
• A minimum of 6 years of experience in strategic thinking, quantitative research management, and consulting for CPG, Lifestyle, and/or Healthcare brands, ideally within a market research consultancy environment.
• Proficient in managing the entire market research cycle, including survey design; fieldwork and data management; data analysis, interpretation, and recommendation development; reporting, and presentation.
• Expertise in various quantitative market research methodologies, including segmentation, attitude and usage studies, choice modeling, and concept testing.
• Proven experience in creating and implementing customized quantitative market research methodologies to address specific client business inquiries.
• Skilled in analyzing data and transforming it into high-quality PowerPoint presentations that effectively convey research findings, generating impactful consumer insights through data analysis and engaging, thought-provoking headlines.
• Demonstrated ability to think beyond the data (“the what”) and connect insights to their strategic business implications (“the so what”).
• Previous experience in team management, mentoring, and training is preferred (especially for the Director level), though not mandatory for the Associate Director level.
