
Associate Account Manager – Clinical Trial Division

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Conduct research, identify, and qualify prospects within biotech firms requiring Clinical Supply services.
• Reach out to potential clients through targeted communication, showcasing PSG’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Subject Matter Experts to assess opportunities.
• Equip internal teams with account intelligence and company overviews.
• Facilitate the setup of Confidential Disclosure Agreements (CDAs) with new clients.
• Assist in the internal commercial and financial onboarding of new accounts.
• Act as the primary commercial liaison for a select portfolio of biotech accounts.
• Collect necessary information for submitting Requests for Proposals via Salesforce.
• Utilize business intelligence platforms and internal digital tools to identify and promote new business opportunities.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• A Master’s degree is preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech sectors is required.
• Proven track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
• Preferred experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or CDMO settings.
• Strong skills in prospecting and sales.
• Comprehensive understanding of the life sciences sector.
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive in approach.
• Exceptional interpersonal abilities.
• Capacity to communicate project requirements clearly.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
